Sara joined the Lewis & Knopf team in 2005.  As a manager and QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, she fills the role of small business services strategy coach, where she specializes in assisting with accounting system design, maintaining efficient accounting processes, and preparing business and personal taxes.  Sara helps clients choose more effective processes for their business, in order to maximize productivity.

A hard worker, Sara is known professionally for her reliability. Her father inspired her love of numbers and work in the accounting profession, as he was an accountant with Lewis & Knopf for many years.

Born and raised in Michigan, Sara currently resides in South Carolina with her husband, Jeff, and four children. Sara became a virtual employee of Lewis & Knopf in 2016 and is very thankful to still be part of the team even while physically not being in the office most of the year. Sara is usually in the main Lewis & Knopf office 3-4 weeks during March and April of each year and as needed for training or client purposes throughout the remainder of the year  Outside the office, she can usually be found reading, traveling, hiking and camping.
